How we support your growth
Position Briefing
The goal of this meeting is to gain a precise understanding of the position, enabling us to create the ideal candidate profile. Together, we define the must-have hard and soft skills, align on expectations, outline key responsibilities, and discuss the benefits package. This is the most crucial part of the entire process, as it ensures that you and your future team member are set up for long-term success, working seamlessly towards shared goals and values.
Requirements profile
Once we’ve thoroughly discussed the position during the briefing, our consultant will craft a comprehensive requirement profile. This document captures all the critical details agreed upon, ensuring clarity and alignment. With the approved profile in hand, we’re ready to launch a focused, results-driven recruitment search. To achieve swift and successful outcomes, it’s vital that expectations remain consistent throughout the process, without any major shifts.
Name check
Once we identify a qualified candidate, we will promptly send their profile to you for verification to check if they are already part of your network. If they are familiar, we will continue our search and submit additional candidates for name check. In cases where the candidate is not previously known to you, we will arrange an interview to evaluate their qualifications and suitability. Given the importance of speed in the recruitment process, we kindly request that you respond within 2 business days to confirm whether you are familiar with the candidate, ensuring an efficient and streamlined hiring process.
Technical interview
This phase of the recruitment process determines whether we recommend the candidate for your organization. We evaluate the key competencies defined together during the requirements briefing. Additionally, we assess the candidate's soft skills, their potential fit within your team, and alignment with your corporate culture. If language proficiency is a criterion, we test it during this stage as well. For promising candidates, we prepare a comprehensive Candidate Summary, which provides all the essential information needed for you to decide whether to invite them for an interview.
Placement
Once you decide to make an offer to a candidate, we ensure every effort is made to secure their acceptance. We act as a bridge between you and the candidate. Throughout the recruitment process, we build a strong foundation of trust with both parties, allowing us to help align expectations when needed. Whether it’s about salary, remote work opportunities, or any other critical points, we are here to facilitate a mutually satisfying agreement.
Follow-up
Our support doesn’t stop once the offer is accepted. With most candidates serving a 30-60 day notice period, we remain in regular contact with them to ensure their journey remains engaging and seamless. We prioritize creating a positive experience so they can bring their full potential to your organization. On their start date, we’ll touch base with you to ensure everything is on track, and we’ll continue periodic follow-ups throughout the probation period to confirm that all expectations, as set during the intake meeting, are being met.
